Fiverr AI turned to shit

Previously when you wanted to post a job on Fiverr, you could post a gig, type in exactly what you were looking for, attach any documents, images etc and post the gig, freelancers would then come in and bid.

The new way is handled by AI and it has gone mad, you can no longer attach anything. The AI guesses what you want based on what you’ve said then gives you the option to invite those freelancers its picked. Just so you know, the first 10 or so freelancers it has picked, are all pro and top rated freelancers, once you shuffle through them, then you can invite who you think will be best fit for the job.

Support

Support has been thrown out the window and it doesn’t matter if you’re a pro user or basic, the same applies to either. They will pretty much not help you unless you want a refund and using the AI is the only way to post your brief. So whether you spend $50 a month to $10,000 a month, we’re all in the same boat and treated the exact same, which is really disappointing.

Consider looking elsewhere, since this AI option is really fuckin annoying.
